24/7/365 Emergency Service

 

A Horizon representative will be on call 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Emergencies are defined as:

  • Loss of electric
  • Loss of heating
  • Loss of water pressure
  • Frozen water pipes
  • Fire or water damage

AIR CONDITIONING BREAKDOWN IS NOT CONSIDERED AN EMERGENCY UNLESS THERE ARE ELDERLY PERSONS OR INFANTS UNDER 1 YEAR OLD LIVING IN THE RESIDENCE.

All calls are recorded and put in our online management system.

After all issues are resolved, documents are put in our online management system.

Normal hours of operation are:

  • 6am – 6pm Monday – Friday
  • We are closed weekends and holidays
