Horizon Property Management utilizes an Online Management System.  This system gives us a central location to communicate with our clients and share important documentation.

Owners may:

  • View monthly income and expenses
  • View documents related to your property, tenant and communications with Horizon including important phone calls and e-mails.  Any governmental or village required certificates and documents are included.  All information stays in the system so that a history is maintained during your association with Horizon.
  • Submit maintenance requests and view requests submitted by your tenant
  • View and print a variety of financial and rental related reports

Renters may:

  • View payment history
  • Submit maintenance requests and view the status
  • View documents related to your lease and communications with Horizon including important phone calls and e-mails.
